Comprehensive Planning Committee
Meeting Minutes
May 4, 2026
- This committee meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm by Carrie Vanek
Members Present: Carrie Vanek, Martin Chapin, Bill Townsley,
and Susan Mueller. Nicole Rakobitsch was away for the evening.
- Carry made a motion to approve the minutes of April 6,2026
- Chris updated the committee on the progress of the maps.
- A determining method of data review was discussed by the group.
- The members decided that the Yes and no, open ended questions and Charts/graphs either pie, or bar.
- The groups discussed several questions and decided to make some examples, before making full determinations of how this should be entered into the Comprehensive plan. Carrie would make a bar graph and susan would make a pie graph.
- The group decided the would look at and review some of the open ended questions and make determinations at the next meeting on how we want to record them to be the most useful to the board and community members.
- No Public Comments
- The next meeting will take place on June 1st, 2026, at 6:30p.m. and run until 8p.m.. Location: E1409 Gore Hollow Rd. Viola, WI. 54664
- At 7:15 p.m.Susan made a motion to adjourn; Carrie seconded the motion. All Members agreed and the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
