- Discussion of invoice from Fire Association
- Estimate 2027 costs for town to establish adequate tax levy – road maintenance, fire/emergency, etc
- Discussion of County parameters for Winter Road maintenance – priority roads, min snow to engage county, salt/sand when?, two plows with medium snow or wait until snow ends, school stops
- Updates on the Lyster and Harrison Bridges – grant application
- Update on Innovation grant.
