Town of Liberty Annual Board Meeting

Minutes
Board members present: Chair Orlin Engh, Clerk Sharon Engh, and Treasurer Chris Abrahamson
Public attendance: Terry Theis, Carol Theis, Carrie Vanek
- The meeting was called to order by chair Engh at 6:30pm.
- The minutes from last year’s meeting were read by Clerk Engh. Terry Theis moved to put them on file as read. Carol Theis seconded, all in favor, motion carried.
- The financial report was handed out and read by Treasurer Abrahamson. A copy is on file with the minutes. A few questions were asked as to how certain items were calculated. Questions were answered.
- Old Business: Town Hall updates and AARPA funds: plans for the town hall is to redo the deck and ramp, paint the outside and get new display boards. The AARPA funds will be used for this.
- New Business: Each elector was asked what they would like to see happen in the coming year for the Town of Liberty.
- Next meeting date for the Annual meeting will be set on April 21, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Liberty Town Hall
- Terry Theis moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:13 pm, seconded by Chair Engh. All in favor motion carried.
