Attendance: Martin Chapin, Susan Mueller, Nicole Rakobitsch, Bill Townsley, Carrie Vanek, Jason Vidas

Absent: Orlin Engh

  1. Meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm by Vanek.
  1. Approval of November 2025 minutes
    • Vanek made a motion to approve, Vidas seconded.
  1. Public Comment
    • Chris Abrahamson will reach out to Vernon County before our next meeting regarding updated maps.
    • Rakobitsch stated Vernon County Planning Commission is looking for a new member, letters of interest are due 12/19/25.
    • Vanek stated that she and Rakobitsch tested methods for processing the surveys faster.
  1. Continue recording and processing surveys
    • The committee processed and recorded 9 surveys total.
  1. Public comment form revisions
    • Tabled until a future meeting.
  1. Discuss CPC Monthly Meeting Adjournment time
    • The committee agreed to meet 630-830 pm for future meetings.
  1. Future agenda items
    • Continue processing surveys
  1. Determine Meeting Date for January 2026
  • The committee agreed to the following future meeting dates.

  • Feb 2, 23
  • March 2, 16
  1. Meeting adjourned
    • Mueller made a motion to adjourn at 805 pm, Chapin seconded.
