Attendance: Martin Chapin, Susan Mueller, Nicole Rakobitsch, Carrie Vanek, Jason Vidas

  1. Meeting was called to order at 6:37 pm by Vanek.
  1. Approval of January 2025 minutes
    • Vidas made a motion to approve, Vanek seconded.
  1. Public Comment
  • Rakobitsch offered to enter surveys outside the committee meetings in order to speed up the recording of the surveys. However, the committee agreed to continue processing them in public forum, i.e. these meetings.
  1. Continue recording and processing surveys
    • The committee processed and recorded 18 additional surveys, for a total of 39.
  1. Public comment form revisions (mail/email addresses)

    • Continue processing surveys
  1. Confirm next February meeting date
  • The committee agreed to the following future meeting dates.
