January 26, 2026 Meeting Minutes

Attendance: Martin Chapin, Susan Mueller, Nicole Rakobitsch, Carrie Vanek,

Absent: Bill Townsley, Jason Vidas, Orlin Engh

1. Meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm by Vanek.

2. Approval of December 2025 minutes
   • Mueller made a motion to approve, Vanek seconded.

3. Public Comment
   • Chris Abrahamson – Vernon County sent over first draft of maps. Next step – they will title maps but not number them.

4. Continue recording and processing surveys
   • The committee processed and recorded 12 additional surveys.

5. Public comment form revisions (mail/email addresses)
   • Tabled

6. Future agenda items
   • Continue processing surveys

7. Determine Meeting Dates for February 2026

• The committee agreed to the following future meeting dates.
• Feb 2, 23

8. Meeting adjourned
   • Chapin made a motion to adjourn at 830 pm, Mueller seconded.
