Minutes
Board members present: Chair Jason Vidas, Supervisor Bill Townsley, Treasurer Chris Abrahamson, Clerk Sharon Engh and Orlin Engh
- The meeting was called to order by Chair Vidas at 4:00 pm
- Chair Vidas called the meeting into closed session at 4:01 by WI State Statute 19.2, Seconded by Supervisor Townsley, all in favor motion carried.
- Chair Vidas called the meeting back into open session at 4:49pm, seconded by Supervisor Townsley, motion carried.
- Chair Vidas moved that Allen Mueller’s employment be terminated on Monday, December 15, 2025. Supervisor Townsley seconded, motion carried.
- Chair Vidas moved that we re-hire Orlin Engh at $25 an hour for winter road maintenance. Supervisor Townsley seconded, motion carried.
- Clerk Engh will call the Sherriff’s department and have Allen taken off the emergency contact list.
- Chair Vidas moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:52, seconded by Supervisor Townsley, motion carried.
