Board members present: Supervisor Bill Townsley, Treasurer Chris Abrahamson, Clerk Sharon Engh, Supervisor Jason Vidas
- The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Townsley at 6:00 pm
- The meeting was called into closed session regarding WI Statute 17.5 by Supervisor Townsley, Seconded by Supervisor Vidas.
- The meeting was called back into open session at 6:25pm by Supervisor Vidas, seconded by Supervisor Townsley.
- Clerk Engh moved to have Jason Vidas take over as Chair of the Town of Liberty board due to the resignation of Orlin Engh. Seconded by Supervisor Townsley. passed
- Chair Vidas moved to adjourn at 6:29, Supervisor Townsley second passed.
