NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION

                                                               Town of Liberty

                                                                  April 1, 2025

Election Details

There will be an election to be held in the Town of Liberty, on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 ). The following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed:

     Town Board Chairperson                                                Orlin Engh

     Town Board Supervisor, seat # if applicable               William Townsley

     Town Board Supervisor, seat # if applicable               Adrian Amelse

     Town Treasurer                                                                Christopher Abrahamson

Office Terms

All terms are for two years beginning on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, except for Town Assessor, whose term will begin on June 1, 2025.

Caucus for Candidates

Between December 1st, 2024 and January 1st, 2025, a date for the town caucus will be scheduled to nominate candidates to appear on the spring election ballot for the above listed offices. The caucus will be held between January 13th, 2025. Notice of the scheduled date of the caucus will be given at least five (5) days before the caucus.

Additional Information

Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election.  If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
