TOWN OF LIBERTY VERNON COUNTY, WISCONSIN
Amendment of Town of Liberty Ordinance 2005-2 Mobile Homes and Manufactured Homes Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the Town of Liberty has repealed and replaced the Town of Liberty Building Permit Ordinance,
WHEREAS, to ensure consistency with the Town of Building Permit Ordinance, the Town has reviewed the Mobile Homes and Manufactured Homes Ordinance
WHEREAS the Town of Liberty Building Permit Ordinances now addresses RecreaPonal Mobile Homes and their placement within the Town of Liberty
The Town Board of the Town of Liberty pursuant to its authority under SecPons 60.10, 60.22, 101.65, 101.651, 101.76 and 145.195 Wis. Stats. does hereby amend the Town of Liberty Mobile Homes and Manufactured Homes Ordinance and ordains as follows:
- SecPon 1.02 DefiniPons – definiPon (7) RecreaPonal Mobile Home is deleted
- SecPon 1.03 RecreaPonal Mobile Homes is deleted.
- SecPon 1.04 Mobile Home/Manufactured Home Placement is renumbered as SecPon 1.03 and the remaining secPons are subsequently renumbered.
