WHEREAS, the Town of Liberty has repealed and replaced the Town of Liberty Building Permit Ordinance,
WHEREAS, to ensure consistency with the Town of Building Permit Ordinance, the Town has reviewed the AdopFon of Wisconsin Dwelling Code Ordinance 2009-2
WHEREAS the Town of Liberty Building Permit Ordinances now addresses and incorporates provisions of the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code
The Town Board of the Town of Liberty pursuant to its authority under SecFons 60.10, 60.22, 101.65, 101.651, 101.76 and 145.195 Wis. Stats. does hereby repeal Ordinance 2009-2 AdopFon of Wisconsin Dwelling Code.
