February 23, 2026 Meeting Minutes

- Meeting was called to order at 6:31 pm by Vanek.
- Approval of February 2, 2025 minutes
- Chapin made a motion to approve, Mueller seconded.
- Public Comment
- Chris Abrahamson stated the Vernon County maps will be finalized in the next few weeks.
- CPC Survey Processing/Recording Procedures
- The need to destroy committee records when the committee is dissolved or a member leaves was discussed. Committee will review draft language stating such at an upcoming meeting.
- Committee agreed to review the recording of first 21 surveys by March 21 to check for errors.
- Continue recording and processing surveys
- The committee processed and recorded additional surveys, 49 surveys remain to be processed.
