1. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Vanek.
2. Approval of February 23, 2026 minutes
• Mueller made a motion to approve, Vidas seconded.
3. Public Comment
• None
4. Continue recording and processing surveys
• Committee reviewed draft Record Retention policy. Mueller made a motion to approve, Vidas seconded.
• The committee processed and recorded additional surveys, 18 surveys processed, 33 surveys remain to be processed.
5. Public comment form revisions (mail/email addresses)
• Tabled
6. Future agenda items
• Continue processing surveys
7. Confirm March 16, 2026 meeting date
• Committee confirmed March 16 date as well as April 6.
8. Meeting adjourned
• Rakobitsch made a motion to adjourn at 8:25 pm, Vanek seconded.
