- Meeting was called to order at 6:37 pm by Vanek.
- Approval of October 2025 minutes. Vidas made a motion to approve, Townsley seconded.
- Public Comment. Chris Abrahamson- Still waiting on Vernon County to get us the maps. Land division ordinance is first piece of work before zoning at Vernon County. Doug Allen– question on Vernon County zoning- did they ever pass a subdivision ordinance 20 years ago? Doug thought 1 acre was enough land to build a house.
- Determine survey processing and recording procedures. Committee reviewed and approved draft procedures for survey processing. Each survey respondent will be labeled with a unique number so that responses can be kept confidential during survey processing and future analysis.
- Begin Processing Surveys. 3 surveys were processed with the exception of recording the first three questions. We will need to go back and record those at the next meeting as the spreadsheet needs a slight revision to incorporate those questions.
- Public comment form revisions. Vanek suggested that the contact email on the public comment form (related to the comprehensive plan) be changed to the Town Clerk. We will check with Sharon, the town Clerk, before making this change.
- Continue updating comprehensive plan (chapters 6-8). Tabled due to time.
- Future agenda items. Continue processing surveys
- Determine December Meeting Date. Next meeting is December 15
- Meeting adjourned. Townsley motioned to adjourn at 8:03 pm, Vanek seconded.
