- Open items: sourcing charts, maps, survey materials
- There are 249 unique addresses on the tax roll in Town of Liberty (803 parcels, but only 249 unique addresses). These addresses will be used for mailing the survey and postcards. Price quote received from Meridian Marketing in La Crosse to print and mail six (6) pages is $1,088. Price includes postcards, survey and return envelopes for the survey, plus all postage and labor to do the mailing itself.
- Surveys will be returned to the Town of Liberty’s Post Office Box via Informed Delivery. Informed Delivery will be set up with USPS so that there is a record of mail that arrives.
- Committee reviewed and approved the postcard to be mailed prior to the full survey, with minor edits to the language. Color will be yellow. Postcard will go out 2 weeks before the survey itself.
- Land Use/zoning survey: content, format and procedure discussion
- Vanek shared Google doc and reviewed process for committee members to input draft survey questions. Members are asked to put in survey questions by Sept 26. Rakobitsch and Mueller will input a test question to ensure Google Doc is accessible.
