Board members present: Chair Orlin Engh, Supervisor Bill Townsley, Supervisor Amelse, Clerk Sharon Engh
- The meeting was called to order by Chair Engh at 8:33am
- Chair Engh moved to close the meeting by WI stat 19.85 (1)(c)(e), seconded by Supervisor Amelse, motion carried.
- Supervisor Amelse called the meeting back to open session at 9:43am. Seconded by Chair Engh, motion carried.
- It was agreed that Chair Engh is to make the decisions for the roads, and the maintenance of them. If there are questions or changes that need to be made they will go through Chair Engh first, and he will advise as to how to handle it. The chain of command will be honored.
- Supervisor Amelse made the motion that contingent on the insurance payment on the damages of the truck, and being able to pay off the loan, we will purchase a new F550 from Sleepy Hollow. Supervisor Townsley seconded the motion, all in favor, passed.
- Supervisor Amelse moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:44am, Supervisor Townsley seconded. Meeting adjourned.
