SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
August 29, 2023

Board members present: Chair Orlin Engh, Supervisor Townsly, Treasurer Abrahamson, Clerk Engh
Supervisor Amelese
The meeting was called to order by Chair Orlin Engh at 6:30pm.
- First period for public comment: None
- Discussion and possible action regarding N. Illusion Dr: Orlin has heard from Kathy and her daughter both by email and in person. Neither of them could be at the meeting and there was much discussion Supervisor Amelse moved that we will proceed with the ordinance as written and a letter will be sent to the property owner and her daughter that they have 30 days to start cleaning up the mess that the complaint is for. Seconded by Chair Engh, all in favor motion carried.
- Second period for public comment: Orlin brought up the truck and we will have to pay a % to get out of the contract for the new dump truck. Supervisor Amelse said he would call the company to see what the amount will be. We will go forward with the truck from Sleepy Hollow.
- Meeting was moved by Supervisor Amelse to adjourn at 7:17pm. Seconded by Chair Engh, all in favor motion carried.
